Why letters jump between syllables while typing Korean
Type 가나 and watch closely: after ㄱ ㅏ ㄴ the screen shows 간. When you press ㅏ, it changes to 가나. The ㄴ moved from the bottom of the first block to the top of the second.
This is normal. The keyboard cannot know whether a consonant is a final or the start of the next block until you type the following letter. Do not press Backspace. Just keep typing and it sorts itself out.
This site compares the keys you press, not the blocks on screen, so these in-between shapes are never counted as mistakes.
